We offer no hassle returns, on all products returned in original condition. Please fill in the returns form which is downloadable here. If you're unable to print this form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded. Please note, your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

For all other items UK delivery is <>£4.00 please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. For delivery outside the UK the cost is £8.60 please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

Goods may be exchanged or refunded up to 14 days from the day the item was delivered. Please email us - email@example.com to advise us of the exchange item(s) required. If there is a refund due to you, this will be returned to the original payment card. If there is an additional payment required then payment details will be taken when you contact us. Pack the goods to be returned as above. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The replacement order will be placed when the returned goods have been received by us. If you agree to a replacement product then this will void you of asking for a further refund, you will be instead given store credit only. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the right return address. We will not be responsible for refund if the items is returned to the wrong address.

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or jewellery item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch or jewelry item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Ma-Ga London Limited will not accept the returned item. What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn? In such cases, Ma-Ga London Limited will do its best to repair or replace the item under its extensive 2 year Ma-Ga London Warranty.
